Five summer must-haves to revamp your wardrobe: what you need this season.
I know that we have all spent MUCH more time inside than we had planned this summer, with little focus on what we are wearing, but it is time to change that… it is time for you to revamp your summer wardrobe & make sure that you have the essentials to get you through the rest of the season!
Not convinced that you need to focus on your summer wardrobe? How about this: Putting on a cute outfit increases happiness (this is not a fact, but I like to believe it myself!)
Let me make it easy for you- I put together a list of my top five summer must-haves! Check out the list below!

1. BIKER SHORTS
Biker shorts are ALL the buzz right now. They are comfortable, easy to throw on, and the best part… they even can motivate you to work out when wearing them! Since it is summer, and especially hot out right now, these are perfect for every day. I have been living in my HUE biker shorts. I am wearing the Blue Leopard color in this photo! If you want a simpler option, they also come in black.
2. WHITE SNEAKERS
While these can be worn every season, white sneakers are especially essential for the summer. Wearing dark-colored shoes does not enhance your “summery look”. Easy to throw on, comfortable to wear… white shoes tend to go with most outfits. Since I am short (only 5ft!), I have been wearing these ASH platform sneakers with every outfit this summer!
3. LOUNGEWEAR SET
As I noted before, yes we are all spending more time at home than ever. With that, of course, you need comfy, cute loungewear that is different than your winter oversized sweatshirt and sweatpants. My top pick is from Beyond Yoga. This white cropped sweatshirt and short set are so cozy, easy to wear, and easy to match because it is already matching! Even better, it looks like you put together a full outfit if you venture outside of your house. Perfect for a summer night getting ice cream with friends & family, or lounging wherever, I have been living in this set all summer. Wear it cropped or show no skin- your choice! (also- there is no option to buy these two pieces together, but they match perfectly to create a set)
4. SUNDRESS
For when you want to walk around a town and still look put together with a mask on! A cute little sundress is essential for every summer. An outside BBQ, happy hour with friends, you name it and I am sure a sundress fits the occasion. A sundress is easy to wear because you just have to put it on (and find the right pair of shoes)… no mixing and matching, and trying on every top and bottom together to see what looks best. Rainbows have also been all the rage recently, which is why my last must-have pick is a rainbow statement necklace. Different from the tie-dye sets that you see all over Instagram, this rainbow & pearl necklace from Eliou will add a unique style & a personalized touch to all of your outfits this summer. This necklace can easily be paired with a simple look to spice the outfit up, like the Beyond Yoga loungewear set above, or jeans and a nice shirt to go out in!
